we want you to love your pickleball-inspired apparel. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a flexible returns and refunds policy.
Return Policy
1. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.
2. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refund Policy
1. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
2. Refunds will include the full amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus shipping costs.
3. Refunds may take 2-5 business days to appear on your statement.
Types of Returns
1. Full Refund: Item is returned in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Exchange: Item is returned, and a replacement is sent.
3. Store Credit: Item is returned, and store credit is issued.
Return Procedure
1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged).
3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. Ship the item back to us within 7 days.
Exceptions
1. Personalized or customized items.
2. Items marked as final sale.
3. Items damaged due to misuse or neglect.
Restocking Fee A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to our error.
